Health & Safety

Although the severe restrictions around COVID-19 have been lifted in our area, MindFit is still committed to the health and safety of our clients, staff and their families.

If you have respiratory virus symptoms or test positive for any respiratory illness, we ask that you stay home until your symptoms have improved, you feel well enough to resume normal activities, and you are free of fever for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment time. However, we do offer telehealth sessions and will happily switch your in-person appointment to telehealth if symptoms prohibit you from coming to our office.
