Welcome to MindFit DBT Center

What We Do

At MindFit we believe that every person deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered to take steps toward their goals. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, seeking clarity in your life path, or supporting your academic and professional growth, we provide compassionate guidance and practical tools while creating an atmosphere of playfulness and support. Our goal is to provide you with a personal psychotherapy program rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that fits your needs by providing individual therapy, DBT skills training, parent and family coaching, workshops and retreats.

Led by Clinical Director, Michelle Mazza, LMFT, MindFit therapists use evidence-based treatments to get to the heart of the issue while keeping sight of their clients’ long term goals. We help the whole family integrate DBT skills to improve emotion regulation, increase effective communication and improve relationships.

Our Team

We welcome you to our practice and are committed to providing you and your family with an effective and meaningful experience. Our team meets once a week to collaborate on effective treatment, and we can support different members of your family to foster the most significant and efficient change.  We have established many collaborative relationships within our local community and can offer resources, referrals or consultation with your current provider.
